  • Persecution doesn’t destroy the church – it increases it!
  • What drew the early church together?
    • A Great Savior
      • The people were gladly baptized (showing their new found life of faith in Jesus Christ)
    • A common devotion
      • A devotion to Christ
      • A devotion to the apostles
      • A devotion to each other
        • There was gladness and unity within the early church

The growing trend of anti-Christian bias today

  • Stand fast TOGETHER
  • TOGETHER have the same mind
    • Worship of Christ and following the Spirit/ Word of God
  • Strive TOGETHER for the faith
    • Not striving against each other
  • Don’t fear what man can do to you

Be ready to suffer for Jesus
