At IBT our Ministries are carried out by Ministry Teams. In some churches, committees have meetings and make decisions which decide the actions of other people. In contrast, Ministry Teams are groups that actually do ministry.  Teams start with the people and build the ministries around the gifts of those individuals.  God has placed the church in the position of carrying the gospel to the world and equipping Believers for service. Ministry teams provide tools for ministry action and helps equip Believers to reach the world for Jesus Christ. We have Five Ministry Teams at IBT. Missions Team The Missions Team is responsible for oversight and promotion of all evangelistic outreach. Magnification Team The Magnification Team is responsible to plan and oversee our weekend services, special worship emphasis events and provide outstanding music for worship. Membership Team The Membership Team is responsible for the education and care of the members of IBT. Maturity Team The Maturity Team is responsible to lead our members into deeper spiritual commitment and help them develop spiritual maturity. Ministry Team The Ministry Team is responsible to turn members into ministers by helping them discover their spiritual gifts, and guiding them to find a ministry where they can serve.
